About this Attraction

A nature-themed Filipino restaurant hidden within the Diliman Bonsai Society on C.P. Garcia Avenue, founded in 2017 by Biboy Cruz, who brought his Kusina Luntian concept from Baler, Aurora to Manila. Foods are served kamayan-style on banana leaves with no utensils provided—diners eat with their bare hands after washing at the washbasin area. The rustic, open-air setting made of recycled materials creates an authentic "gubat" (jungle) ambiance. Must-try dishes include Lechon Kawali, Adobong Baboy, Tapa Flakes, Dinakdakan, and Halabos na Hipon. Open Tuesday-Sunday, with a second branch at 43 Mayaman Street near Maginhawa (opened 2023).
